Refunds and cancellations
Blooms & coos will refund event fees should the event be cancelled due to severe weather, host illness or other circumstances outside of our control.
Should an event have to be cancelled, we will notify all ticket holders and an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

We will also offer refunds or alternative booking dates for changes of circumstances where you provide at least seven (7) days notice of the change. ​

Due to the limited places for each you-pick event, we will not offer refunds for change of mind or for changes to ticketholders' personal circumstances that prevent attendance without at least seven (7) days notice.

​If you choose to withdraw within this period, or fail to attend on the ticketed date, fees will be forfeited.

Ticket/s can be transferred at your own responsibility.
