Terms & conditions
Admission requirements
Our farm operates on our 12ha family property. It is not open to the public and only ticket holders will be permitted entry to events.
Parking is available on the property. Please enter the front gate (close it behind you) and drive up to the flower field which is about 200m walk along a dirt driveway. Please note our flowers are paddock grown and so access may not be suitable for all abilities. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
We operate in most weather conditions. If we are expecting torrential rain, hail or storms, we may cancel. At all times, closed in shoes and hats are recommended.
Please note, there are no public toilet facilities on the property. The closest public toilets are at Kendall or Comboyne villages.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. You must not bring any pets, glass or equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the event. If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the event, you will be required to leave the event and we shall not be liable to refund your ticket fee or any other payment.
You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to an event by you.
Flower picking rules
-
Please be fair: Don't take more stems than easily fit in the vessel provided. Please cut and place stems in the water as you go. This way you give your flowers the best chance to hydrate and you won't risk running out of room. If you would like more flowers, you are welcome to purchase another vessel.
-
Children are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times. We have dams and creeks on the property as well as cattle, dogs and any number of naturally-occurring critters.
-
Please don't let children under 10yrs use or carry snips.
-
No pets.
-
Stay on the designated paths and avoid stepping on or over the flower and garden beds.
Limitations of liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure security and safety while visiting our farm. It is a working farm and there are hazards and risks such as (but not limited to) trip hazards such as irrigation lines and uneven pathways / ground, animals and pests. We shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in relation to the event.
Attendance and participation at our events is entirely at your own risk. You should dress appropriately for these risk including stable, enclosed footwear, sun protection (hat and long sleeves) and long pants.
